Refund policy

• We can not take returns of any customized items
• If you are returning a set of tiles, please be sure to place in a ziploc bag (if set is open), so no tiles are lost
• Returns can be sent to the address on our website. Once we receive the return and the item is in good shape, we will issue you a credit/refund less a $10 restocking fee for items under $100 and $15 fee for items over $150. (please contact us with any questions).
